This week Ralph Ridge, Convention co-chairman, signed a contract to hold the ROCKY MOUNTAIN NCRS REGIONAL at the Renaissance Denver Hotel (3801 Quebec St.) scheduled for May 1-3, 2008. Bill Pearson, co-chairman and Rick Reiff, RMC Chapter Chairman elect, were instrumental in identifying and securing this first rate hotel. 

In addition to an outstanding room rate of $89.00/night, the hotel is providing us with the two top floors of their parking garage to be used as our judging field. Rooms for a convention headquarters, judges' meals, the welcome party and the awards banquet are also being provided by the hotel.

The hotel location is convenient for travelers driving to Denver from any direction and the hotel will also provide courtesy transportation to and from DIA for those attendees that arrive by air. There are numerous restaurants and shopping located within walking distance of the hotel, minimizing the need for rental cars for air travelers.
