July 4th Party Sunday, July 4th 5:30 PM
At Rick and Daphyne
Reiff’s Home This year the 4th of July get together is going to be held at Rick and Daphyne Reiff’s home. The Chapter will be catering the event (smoked brisket and chicken with BBQ sauces on the side) with coleslaw and potato salad. Therefore, the only things we are asking the participants to provide are an appetizer (if your last name starts with an A through L ) or a dessert if you last name starts with an M through Z, and if you plan on drinking something other than a soda (which will be provided) bring it. Ice will be provided/available. Start time will be 11:00 a.m. with lunch around 12:00. PLEASE RSVP BY JULY 2nd SO WE CAN MAKE SURE WE HAVE ENOUGH GRUB! Cherry Creek Village North, where the Reiffs live will be having their annual walking parade (behind a fire truck) that starts at 11:30 (which you are welcome to participate in if you want) and as such you may want to try and get into the neighborhood prior to that starting to find a good parking space. Note: If you are coming from 1-25 (northbound or southbound) to I-225 Northbound be sure to take the first exit (DTC Boulevard) and follow the frontage road along I-225 to Yosemite St. then south to Radcliff (1st left after getting onto Yosemite St.) and then right on Yosemite Ct (1st street . If you miss the DTC Boulevard exit you will need to go all the way to Parker Rd. to turn around. If you are southbound on I-225 (coming from the north) take the Yosemite St. exit, head south on Yosemite St. over I-225 to Radcliff (first street on the left) then right on Yosemite Ct. to 4481 (5th house on the left). |
